Several members attended the Divisional Council meeting in Brantford.

A Springtimeinparis Fundraising Dance was held at the Paris Fairgrounds.

The 6th Teddy bear Clinic was hosted by Smile City for Kids in downtown Paris

District Governor visit was hosted by our Division 5.

Several members attended the quarterly Divisional Council meeting.

The club held the 6th Car Trunk Sale fundraiser.

Several members attended the District Convention in Ottawa

June 2017

7,100 adults, teens and children attended the Springtimeinparis Family Fun Festival. This was the third year that our club coordinated this event. Great weather on both days.

12 members volunteered at the Braeside rest stop for the Tour De Grand bicycling event. 

July 2017

The proceeds from our Kiwanis Saturday yard sale combined with our spring Trunk Sale... will fund 2 students to the Kiwanis Leadership camp to be held near Brantford in November. Thank you!

Our club hosted all the other Division clubs for an evening.

Several members attended the Formula Workshop in Toronto.

6500 adults, teens and children attended the Springtimeinparis Family Fun Festival. This was the second year that our club coordinated this event. Great weather on Saturday, but extreme weather on Sunday PM.

12 members volunteered at the Braeside rest stop for the Tour De Grand bicycling event.

We attended the Divisional Council meeting in Elmira.

August 2016

Our club volunteered at the Salvation Army fundraiser at Winceys Mills.

We held our first fall Trunk sale fundraiser.

We sponsored our first Paris Fair Ambassador.

We held a commuity food drive.

We ran the snack table at the "Movie in the Park" nights at Paris and St. George.

Several members volunteered at the Trail of Loonies fundraiser for Brant Library childresn summer reading program.

Several members participated in a Student Reality Store project for Grades 7 and 8.

February 2015

A Springtimeinparis Fundraising Dance was held at the Paris Fairgrounds.

The 4th Teddy bear Clinic was hosted by Smile City for Kids in downtown Paris on Saturday February 14th. 35  children brought their teddy bears and dolls for a medical, dental and eye examination. 

March 2015

In partnership with Brant County libraries, a Teddy Bear Clinic was held at the Scotland/Oakland Public Library.

April 2015

Several members participated in a Student Reality Store project for Grades 7 and 8.

Members participated in Kiwanis One Day, by joining with the Kiwanis Club of Brantford to clean the Brantford  Children's Safety Village.

May 2015

The club held the 4th Car Trunk Sale fundraiser.

The club held the spring food drive. Proceeds were delivered to the Paris Food Bank. 

4 club members attended the District convention in Aruba. Club member Allen Ure was elected Governor of Eastern Canada and the Caribbean.

June 2015

9500 adults, teens and children attended the Springtimeinparis Family Fun Festival. This was the first year that our club coordinated this event. Great weather helped a lot!

The club sponsored and volunteered at the children’s art contest. Awards were announced Sunday June 07th  at the Paris Lion’s Park. Adjudicated by local artist Holly O.  

13 members volunteered at the Braeside rest stop for the Tour De Grand bicycling event.

February 2014

The 3rd Teddy bear Clinic was hosted by Smile City for Kids in downtown Paris on Saturday February 15th. . Over 30 children brought their teddy bears and dolls for a medical and dental examination. Many repairs were made!

MAY 2014

The club held the second annual trunk fundraising sale. 

The club held the spring food drive in conjunction with the Salvation Army  Fill- a- Bus campaign. Food collected in Paris went to the Paris Food Bank. 

June 2014

Springtime in Paris. The club sponsored and volunteered at the children’s art contest. Awards were announced Sunday June 08th  at the Paris Lion’s Park. Adjudicated by local artist Holly O.  

June 21st. The first annual Storytelling Festival for Children was held at Kings Ward Park in Paris. Opposite St. Paul's United  Church.

Several members ran the Hoodless Hunter rest stop for the Tour De Grand bicycling event.

July 2014

Saturday July 19th at Sobeys in Paris.  A BBQ at was held in support of the International progam to Eliminate Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus around the world.

September 2014

The club held the fall food drive in. Food collected in Paris went to the Paris Food Bank. 

October 2014

The club held its first Teddy Bear Clinic in the County libraries at the Oakland-Scotland library.

November 2014

For Acts of Kindness Day, club members gave away acts of kindness in Paris and Brant County.

December 2014

Club members "manned" the Salvation Army kettles throughout the month.

The club hosted a divisional interclub dinner meeting (12 Kiwanis clubs)....at the Kenu restaurant in Paris.

Not a service project, but we had a fun car rally in the Paris and Ayr area, organised by Allen Ure of the Kiwanis club of Ridgetown. Thanks Allen for doing this!

June 2013

Club members helped judge the Keg Lane School Fair in Paris.  (100th year anniversary) 

Loonies Fundraiser for the Paris Public Library Children's'  summer reading program. 

October 2013

Jane and Stan had a great time volunteering at the Thanksgiving dinner for the seniors and their families (approx. 100) at the Park View Retirement home in Brantford. There was musical accompaniment and fundraising for Cory, a young man with Muscular Dystrophy. We had dinner and dessert too. A very fun evening in all. 

November 2013

President Stan volunteered for the weekend, as an adult monitor for the 2013 Key Leader Conference, held near Brantford. 62 teenagers were treated to a weekend of professionaly led self development workshops.

December 2013

Club members "manned" the Salvation Army kettles throughout the month. 

The club held the third annual Kiwanis Christmas cash and food drive during the Paris Santa Claus parade. 

Several club members volunteered at the Christmas dinner for the folks at the Parkview Retirement home.

Our club President volunteered at the Kiwanis Key Leader weekend for youth, held at the Circle Square Ranch near   Brantford.  The club sponsored one attendee.

The club held a very successful food drive. Proceeds were delivered to the Paris Food Bank.
